As part of our dedication to improving the quality of our services, we welcome suggestions or feedback around our therapy service development and improvement. If you would like to raise any concern or make a complaint about any aspect of our services, please complete the form below.
We have a written complaints policy and in the unlikely event of any allegations, complaints or concerns made against any counsellor or therapist within A Time 4 You Psychological Services, the Operations Director or her appointee should be informed as soon as possible and will work in conjunction with the School/Academy or Local Authority to resolve any outstanding issues in accordance with the protocol outlined in our Complaints Policy and the protocol outlined in the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
