We have a written complaints policy and in the unlikely event of any allegations, complaints or concerns made against any counsellor or therapist within A Time 4 You Psychological Services, the Counselling Service Director or her appointee should be informed as soon as possible and will work in conjunction with the School/Academy or Local Authority to resolve any outstanding issues in accordance with the protocol outlined in our Complaints Policy and the protocol outlined in the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

Complaints will be dealt with through A Time 4 You complaints policy, a copy of which is available on our website or can be made available to you on request.
